Walking the Qhapaq Nan – From Human to Healer on the Path of Sovereignty

The Andean Cosmovision is neither a religion nor a philosophical doctrine. Known in Quechua as Pachakawana, it refers to the understanding of the cosmos and the laws of nature and divine order through conscious observation.

At its core, the Andean Cosmovision is the systematic study of universal laws and cosmic order as they manifest in nature and human life. Through observation, one learns to live in alignment with the natural flow of life on Earth. This principle constitutes one of the most essential legacies of the Andean ancestors: Be the “observer” (qhawaq).

By becoming a Qhawaq (observer), you step out of unconscious identification with illusion and external conditioning. With the understanding of divine laws, you gradually assume the role of architect and conscious designer of your own life, freeing yourself from imposed paradigms and limitations.

The Andean Cosmovision reminds us that every Being holds a unique and irreplaceable purpose within the Universe. There is no other Being like you in the infinite Cosmos. Your soul consciously chose the divine purpose you came to incarnate and share on Earth.

For this reason, remembering and embodying your Divine Plan is essential. Your existence is not accidental; you are a unique expression of consciousness, and your soul carries a specific mission that seeks realization through you in this lifetime.

About your teacher

My name is Liliana Pachakawa (“The Observer and Guardian of Cosmic Knowledge”), a name given to me by the Great Father. I am a Mentor in Andean Cosmovision and a Ñusta Paqo (“Andean Priestess”).

I was born in the high Andean community of Chumo in Sicuani.

My grandmother Jesusa, of Quechua lineage, was a healer, midwife, and Altomesayoq (a high grade of priestess). She was struck by lightning, and in Andean tradition, lightning is a symbol that represents the spiritual leader. I was privileged to have her assist in my birthing that happens in her house.

In my childhood I spent time with my grandmother, climbing hills and trees, planting and harvesting. She taught me that wealth is the management of resources. She grew her own food, made her own clothing and medicine, and lived in harmony with the spirits of nature. From her I learned how to live a natural style of life in harmony with the Cosmos. Since I was little my wish was to be like her when I grew up. She has been my lifelong inspiration on my spiritual path.

My spiritual quest led me to walk the Qhapaq Ñan (“The Path of Sovereignty”), an ancient path of evolutionary ascension for the Human being, designed by the ascended masters of the Andean World who learned this knowledge from the Pleiadian brothers, and which was the seal of the Lemurian organization and civilization.

Today, I have the honor of sharing this wisdom with all those who are ready to:

  • Accelerate their level of evolution and consolidate their own sovereignty
  • Fulfill their life purpose on Earth
  • Become healers, learning to heal themselves
  • Receive the initiation rites as priests and activate the consciousness of creators and bridges between Heaven and Earth
All the knowledge I share at Green Tara College is based on the Andean Cosmovision

Module 1

Module I – PACHA LEVEL – THE SEED

Foundations of Andean Cosmovision and Human & Spiritual Sovereignty

In the Andean tradition, the Pacha level corresponds to the stage of youth or adolescence, when individuals begin their formal preparation for the rite of passage into adulthood. This initiation represents a spiritual rebirth, marking the transition to a free and responsible human being.

Students cultivate the spiritual seed by studying the fundamental laws of the Cosmos and Nature, and their relationship to human technology and embodied consciousness. This module establishes the roots of personal power and prepares the participant to consciously enter the Runa level.

In Quechua, we say “Qhanchis imaymana nawraykunapaq nawinkuna”, which means “The Seven Eyes with which the Universe Observes.” These 7 universal principles are also related to the seven chakras (“nawikuna” or “eyes”). Through daily exercises, we will consciously integrate these principles into our lives to live in harmony with the Universe. These principles are: Munay (Love), Yachay (Knowledge), Llankay (Action), Kawsay (Being), Anya (Recognition), Ayni (Reciprocity), and Kawsay Pacha (the Here and Now).

Upon completion, participants receive a Karpay (Initiation) – rebirth and preparation to progress to the next level of consciousness.

Topics covered each week:

  1. Munay & Yachay
  2. Llankay, Kawsay & Anya
  3. Ayni & Kawsay Pacha
  4. Chakana & Hanaq Pacha
  5. Kay Pacha
  6. Ukuy Pacha
  7. Awak Pacha
  8. Pacha, Runa & Hampi
  9. Pampa Paqo, Ñusta Paqo, Hanantin Paqo, Qurak Acuyak
  10. Malko Inka, Qoya, Inti Taita & Quilla Mama
  11. Divine Feminine & Masculine Energies I
  12. Divine Feminine & Masculine Energies II

Part 1: The Seven Universal Principles (3 weeks)

Known in Quechua as Qhanchis Imaymana Ñawraykunapaq Ñawinkuna (“The Seven Eyes through which the Universe Observes”), these principles represent the foundational forces governing creation and consciousness. They are correlated with the seven chakras and are integrated through daily contemplative and experiential practices.

The Seven Principles:
  • Munay – Love
  • Yachay – Knowledge
  • Llankay – Action
  • Kawsay – Being / Life Force
  • Anya – Recognition
  • Ayni – Reciprocity
  • Kawsay Pacha – Presence in the Here and Now

Participants learn to embody these principles as a way of living in harmony with universal order.

Part 2: The Four Dimensions of Being (3 weeks)

This unit introduces the Chakana (Andean Cross) as the cosmological organizing principle of existence. The Chakana reveals four fundamental dimensions through which reality, life on Earth, and human consciousness are structured. Its understanding was used by ancient cultures to organize and orders systems, civilizations, and the life of a person. The Chakana reveals four main dimensions to understanding reality on Planet Earth, Mother Gaia, and human existence. These are:

  • Hanaq Pacha – Divine / Upper World
  • Kay Pacha – Physical World
  • Ukuy Pacha – Inner / Subconscious World
  • Awak Pacha – Greater Cosmic Dimension

Participants explore how these dimensions interact within personal and collective experience.

Part 3: The Nine Levels of Consciousness (3 weeks)

The Andean worldview understands human evolution through the metaphor of a tree. Apu Mallki (the Grandfather Tree) symbolizes the stages of consciousness development, reflecting growth, maturity, and transcendence.

The Andean worldview reminds us that animals and plants possess a higher degree of consciousness because they inhabited the planet long before human beings. For this reason, the ancestors of the Andean world described the stages of human evolution through the development of a tree. Apu Mallki, or Grandfather Tree, was considered the archetype of the evolution of consciousness and was treated with respect and reverence. In this way, we will describe the map of human evolution, divided into 9 levels of consciousness, which exemplify the stages of growth that a tree goes through until it reaches the end of its life.

The Nine Levels of Consciousness:
  1. Pacha
  2. Runa
  3. Hampi
  4. Pampa Paqo – Ñusta Paqo
  5. Hanantin Paqo
  6. Qurak Acuyak
  7. Malko Inka – Malko Qoya
  8. Inka – Qoya
  9. Inti Taita – Quilla Mama

This framework offers a comprehensive map of human and spiritual evolution.

Part 4: Divine Feminine and Masculine Energies (3 weeks)

This unit explores the universal dual forces present in all creation. Participants study their design, symbolic function, and healthy integration in order to embody inner sovereignty and balance.

We will create a symbolic Rite of Passage that helps the subconscious initiate the next level of consciousness, Runa, or Human Being. Upon completing this level, you will feel in total control, governance, and sovereignty of your personal universe, embodying your unique and authentic self, ready to walk the path of your soul’s purpose.

Bonus: Healing emotional memories and imposed beliefs from the Father and Mother. Healing of emotional memory, trauma, and unconscious family loyalties related to biological parents.

Module 2

Module II – RUNA LEVEL – THE HUMAN BEING

Embodied Consciousness, Health, and Community.

“The ancestors of the Andean world remind us that to ascend to the Fifth Dimension (5D) alongside Mother Gaia, we must understand life and all its manifestations in four dimensions.”

According to Andean wisdom, ascending to collective (or Fifth-Dimension) level of consciousness requires mastery of life within four dimensions. The Runa level focuses on healing and integration of the Human Being across spiritual, mental, physical, and relational planes.

This module supports participants in returning to balance, reconnecting with their authentic Self, and learning to live in conscious relationship with others and with Mother Earth. At this level of consciousness, we will learn to recognize the four illnesses of humankind and how to heal them with simple practices that will help you reconnect with your most authentic and limitless Self, experiencing a life more aligned with the desires that arise from your heart.

Only as Runas can we live in community and create a world full of equality, beauty, balance, and respect for all living beings and Mother Gaia.
