This is a traditional Quechuan shamanic initiation from Peru. Owen will create new meridians in your energy field (as seen here). These will connect your 3rd eye to your visual cortex at the back of the brain. Over time (usually 1-2 years), this will enable you to see psychic energy and receive verbal communication from the astral dimensions.

Visual Cortex
The visual cortex of the brain is the area of the cerebral cortex that processes visual information. It is located in the occipital lobe at the back of the brain. Sensory input from the eyes travels along the base of the skull to the visual cortex. The visual cortex then sends processed information to various parts of the brain.
